Wellness Goals TeleGroup

This telephone based coaching group is designed to support members who are working on wellness goals including healthy eating, physical activity, sleep, and stress management. Each week members will: Review current wellness goals, be accountable to the group for implementing goals, set wellness goals for the upcoming week, and support each other in reaching goals.

Location: Teleconference line. Once you are enrolled you will be sent the telephone number to call for group meetings.

Fee: $180 per participant and possible long distance phone charges
