Do you need a "Do Over"?
Do you remember as a kid playing a game with your friends and
shouting "Do Over!" when you wanted to try something again? Whether
it's kicking the perfect kick ball or keeping up with paperwork, a
"do over" can be a great way to move forward on those stalled goals.
Here's how:
1. Identify the goal that you want to focus on. For instance, you
might decide to focus on processing paperwork in a timely manner or
healthy eating.
2. Take a "do over" by starting fresh right now and refocusing your
efforts. Start processing every new piece of paperwork in a timely
manner. Stay current with incoming paperwork and process the old
pile 15 minutes a day. For healthy eating, you would start putting
nutritious foods into your body right now and put aside your guilt
about this morning's donuts.
Whatever you choose to focus on, start fresh and give yourself the
opportunity to do something over today!
