Staying on Target

Starting to make changes to your lifestyle and keeping them going are two different things. Creating a process that allows you to maintain the changes that you have made and stay on target is critical. Sarah will help you find ways to keep your healthy lifestyle going even when life gets busy. This process often includes helping you learn to manage the rest of your life along with your health so that you find time for everything that’s important to you.

Working with Your Physician

If you are currently under a physician’s care, after receiving written permission from you, Sarah may consult with your physician to ensure that your plans are approved by your doctor.

Working with your Nutritionist and Athletic Trainer

While Sarah does not provide specific nutritional advice or athletic training plans, she does provide direction to resources that will help you design your own nutritional and activity plans as part of your wellness program. For clients that prefer a nutritional plan or fitness plan that is designed to meet specific health or sports specific requirements, Sarah can refer you to one of our associated nutritionists, fitness trainers, or other health professionals who can properly meet your goals and/or medical needs.
